Personal health information

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff members.

Contacting your doctor

Although most issues are best dealt with in consultation, a doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours to provide emergency advice over the phone. Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call or immediate advice.

Comments and complaints

If there is any way that we can improve for your benefite, we will. If you have a comment or complaint we want to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor, the practice manager or other staff member or alternatively, you may prefer to write to us. Click here for our postal address.
